We have found our place for the Mission Center in Lupa, a district of Naval.
There we operate the mission on an area of about 3,500 square meters. We rent the land with the barn and a stone residential house for PHP 20,000,- per month plus utilities for water and electricity. This corresponds to EUR 350,- plus additional costs.
We have been offered the land for sale at the current time (fall 2022). On installments We can now buy the entire property with all buildings with a term of 3 years for EUR 150,000. (Or as a one-time payment EUR 105,000).
